Dr. Gregory J. Rys is a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist. With clinical experience rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dr. Rys utilizes a positive solution-focused approach toward psychotherapy. It is his experience that when we remember to empower ourselves with strengths we already possess, solutions are not far behind.

He has been working in the complex and competitive Health Care sector with additional experience in State and Federal organizations as well as the Public Utility Industry. Dr. Rys has an established community track record of innovative entrepreneurship and collaboration across business and social sectors. He has conducted integrative outcome research, program development and implementation.

Dr. Rys has worked as a clinician in independent, corporate, hospital, oncology, and family medicine sectors across the Mid to Northwest regions of Pennsylvania. In such settings, his interests include conducting patient outcome research in needs assessment and patient satisfaction while regularly conducting system wide training at all levels of leadership with an established history of executive, managerial coaching.
